If multiple accounts are detected using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify cgk33 support immediately.

2.3 Updating Your Information

If any personal details change (such as phone number, email, or payment information), please update your account promptly. cgk33 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on cgk33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third parties are not permitted.
• Successful deposits are generally reflected in your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to complete a withdrawal:

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cgk33 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus — this is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Withdrawing your own (real money) funds before meeting bonus conditions may result in the associated bonus being cancelled.
• cgk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The same individual or household cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers will result in account closure.

4.4 VIP Program

The cgk33 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play, earning weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively. VIP benefits are subject to specific conditions, and cgk33 reserves the right to modify those conditions.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless cgk33 specifically provides that option. cgk33 has the full right to accept or reject any bet.

5.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect payout occurs due to a software error, data feed issue, or any other technical reason, cgk33 reserves the right to recover that amount. Bets placed on the basis of "clearly incorrect odds or payouts" may be declared void.

5.3 Fair Play

cgk33 firmly believes in the principle of fair play. All games on the platform are operated through a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). Using any form of cheating, bots, or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and many more sports. Betting markets and conditions for specific events may change.

• Collusive arrangement with other players.

• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Betting in the name of or on behalf of a third party.

• Failure to verify age.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonuses if wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned through the standard method.
